So, in that big Freedomworks protest yesterday I saw some majorly disturbing signs. Protesting the government's cool. Throwing around racist slurs, historically inaccurate comparisons (Hitler was a fascist, not a Communist; that's why he threw Communists in concentration camps, people.), and using "socialist" as an insult (quite a few socialists were actually pretty cool people*) are not cool, but hey, freedom of speech.

Some signs seemed to support an armed revolution. That's just insane. Armed revolution. You know what kind of people like armed revolutions against democratically elected governments? Fascists and Marxists. Yeah. And since many of the protesters seemed to be pretty vehemently opposed to the latter . . . yes, I'm probably assuming too much. But some people seem to be getting dangerously close to the far right, and that terrifies me.

So, sorry for the rant, but . . . yikes.




* and those are just the Americans. And if we're counting social democrats as socialists, the list gets even bigger.

I've decided to post these over here instead of on GOS, as they aren't really alternative. Anyway, here are 15 recolors/retextures of the H&M adult male pea-coat mesh (so you must have the H&M pack for these to work). Somebody should put boots on this mesh, because that would be awesome. I can't, as I fail at meshing.
